The Finance Office has custody of all official documents, is responsible for all financial accounting for the city, is responsible for preparing the agenda and minutes of the City Council meetings, audits all claims before being approved by the City Council, prepares financial statements for internal and external uses for all funds, monthly utility billing, payroll, handles the city's investments, conducts municipal elections, annual financial report, and is responsible for all liquor and malt beverage licensing with the city limits.
