NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of Custer City, South Dakota shall hold a public hearing at their meeting on July 14th, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Such hearing to be held in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 622 Crook Street. The City also offers a remote meeting option. Any party that wishes to attend remotely may contact Tessah Behlings at (605)673-4824 or by email at tessahb [at] cityofcuster.com (tessahb[at]cityofcuster[dot]com) for remote meeting access information. This hearing is to be held on the following;
A hearing to consider a request for an ordinance to adopt a new zoning map to incorporate zoning changes passed by the Ordinance 939 to the official zoning map in CMC 17.08.070. (Zoning Map Update)
If someone is unable to attend the Public Hearing, written comments will be taken. Please send your comments to Custer City, 622 Crook Street, Custer, SD 57730.
Individuals needing assistance, pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, should contact the City Finance Office no less than 24 hours prior to the meeting to make necessary arrangements.

Such area being located in City of Custer City in Custer County South Dakota, subject to existent and future easements and right-of-way for public and private utilities.
