Mayor and City Council

Our Governing Body

The City of Custer City is governed by an Aldermanic form of government.  The city is divided into three wards and there are two council persons from each ward. The mayor is elected at large. All officials are elected into office by city residents and hold the responsibility of determining city policies.

The Custer City Council meets on the first and third Mondays of every month at 5:30 pm.  Meetings are held in the Council Chambers located at 622 Crook Street in Custer.
